Positive: The house itself was fairly clean, modern, warm, and functional. Overall though, it was a comfortable place to stay, and the open outdoor space and views were fantastic — especially for having a dog with us.

Negative: The surrounding grass was quite boggy during our stay, which made moving around outside a bit tricky. - The toilet sits very close to the door facing the lounge, and the bathroom space is quite confined, which made it a little awkward to use. - The kitchen was well set up, but clearer instructions on what to do if a circuit trips would help. We weren’t sure where the switchboard was to reset the RCD. - The four‑poster bed looked great but made the room feel tight. A simpler frame might give guests more usable space.
